We believe in the power of a good story.

Reported Media was founded in 2020 by women journalists who are passionate about storytelling and wanted to help impactful brands get their messages out. Since then, we've worked with a range of premium clients like Feeding America, Brooklyn Kura, and Clue, to create rigorously researched and reported documentaries, articles, and photo essays, to amplify these brands. We believe in the power of meaningful narratives, and that your brand deserves to tell its story well.

One way our journalism skills have been particularly successful is when it comes to working with vulnerable people. In our work with Feeding America, we create videos profiling survivors of food insecurity. In order to create a safe and fair working environment, we make sure all interviews and filming are a collaboration, and we are enthusiastic about hiring women and people of color for our productions. Doing so ensures our work is ethical, and also helps us deliver strong, empowering content.

Here’s how it works:

  • Meet with our team for a needs assessment to determine what kind of storytelling best fits the message you’d like to convey about your brand.

  • Receive a packet of story pitches from our team. Tell us which story pitch you’d like to execute and which package of deliverables you’d like to receive.

  • Our team will create your story, on an approved timeline, and work with you to revise the story to your specifications.

  • Receive a package of finalized assets, ready to publish.
